Soccer Development Schools has extensive experience in Travel Team Training from Pre-Travel U7’s to High School in both New Jersey and New York.
Our staff brings soccer knowledge from all over the world. All our employees are Permanent Residents of the US. The end result is a dedicated staff that is committed to each team’s long term development.
Mentoring and Staff Development:
All our staff members are personally mentored and evaluated by SDS directors on a regular basis. It is mandatory for our staff to produce detailed season plans outlining the specific team’s development and produce clear session plans for inspection by SDS directors and team general managers. Team trainers will also produce weekly game reports detailing their observations and thoughts along with the following weeks training outline.
Communication:
Our staff members are required maintain contact with the team’s parent general manager as often as needed. The parent manager is also encouraged provide input and feedback to the trainer and his/her mentor. General managers are welcome to attend practices and offer contributions to the session given the trainer’s permission and guidance. Trainers are always available for verbal progress reports in addition to individual player evaluations produced at the end of each season.
